Payment Information

All transactions are in AED currency. Online orders are payable with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover through the link that is send after the checkout. Pre-payment and C.O.D. with company check or bank transfer can also be arranged with prior phone approval.

Shipping/Delivery

The shipping costs indicated at the time of check-out are estimates only. Actual shipping costs will be based on charges from selected carriers at the time of shipment. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt for Ready stock only. Please contact us directly if delivery is required for a specific day. If your order is shipped by FedEx and you have provided us with a valid e-mail address you should receive an e-mail with tracking information when the shipment leaves our office. All items purchased from this site are under a shipment contract from the carrier. This means that the risk of losing or damaging the items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

International Orders

We can ship all our equipment and products internationally. Once you place an order on our website, an email within the next 1 – 2 days with shipping quotes will be sent to you. The responsibility of approving the quote or selecting an option relies on you, when receiving the email. Once your approval or selection is received, we will typically ship the order within 3-5 working days after payment is received in the form of bank transfer only with bank charges of AED 150.00. We do not charge your credit card until the order is shipped, so if you’re unhappy with the shipping cost, you can cancel your order with no penalty.

Warranty

Products manufactured by our selected reputable Suppliers are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion. Contact us directly for warranty return authorization. Repair or replacement of items returned to us at your expense is the limit to our liability for any defective items.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important. We will accept returns for exchange, credit, or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Returned items are in re-sellable condition.
  2. Items should be returned within 4-7 working days of receiving the purchased item, only if the wrong item is delivered, wrong result for all test strips, or factory damaged.
  3. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable, Non-Refundable, and only exchanged if factory defect or wrong delivery.
  4. For defective or incorrect items will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund if item is not available.

  6. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  7. Actual Photos of the item along with Video for inaccurate result of using our test strips or any equipment.
  8. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).
  9. You have received approval from Caresource for Scientific & Lab. Equip. TR. CO LLC.

While we generally issue a full refund for returned items, we do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or markdown for non-recoverable expenses associated with the transaction. Refunds will be issued using the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. Cancellation Clause for Pre-order Item Only IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED/MODIFIED WITHIN 4 DAYS AFTER PROFORMA INVOICE DATE, 15% OF THE INVOICE VALUE WILL BE CHARGED. You will receive a discount when you purchase wholesale items in these categories:

  • Chlorine Test Strips

Other items are eligible depending on the quantity you order. The discount will only apply to the items in the categories above, based on MOQ 50, 100, 200, and above bottles. For oil test strips, MOQ 10 bottles will be FREE DELIVERY within UAE only.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that this site’s product descriptions or other content are correct, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your only remedy is to return it in re-sellable condition.

Out of Stock/Backordered Items

Orders placed for out-of-stock items (as noted in the product description) will be held on backorder until the items are available for shipment. Once the items are available, the payment information used for the original order will be charged. Orders that include both in stock and out of stock items will be split and additional shipping charges may apply. Prices for back ordered items are not guaranteed. If there is a price change, we will notify you before charging/shipping your order.
