Use Steps
1. Using PPE, immerse strip into hot oil (150°C to 190°C).
2. Hold the strip horizontally for 30 seconds.
3. Immediately compare against the the color chart to get the most accurate reading.
Note
Discard oil at the end of the day once reading reaches 3.0 and immediately if 5.0.
