The HortiCare LITEcheck tester is specially designed for use with indoor and outdoor plants and also in greenhouses. With a maximum range of up to 50,000 Lux, it covers all indoor plants’ lighting requirements and partial shading for outdoor plants.  Since lighting is essential for plants, ensuring that sufficient light intensity is available for the plants is important.  As such, any reading above 50,000 Lux shows that there is sufficient lighting for fruiting, flowering, and optimum growth.
