Product Applications：
Designed for high-speed separation, precipitation and purification of microsamples and pre/post-PCR processing. Applications include DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, precipitation of PCR products, plasmid extraction, protein precipitation, antibody separation, enzyme reactions, cell-lysate processing, and cell/microbial pelleting. Biosealed rotor options cover 24×1.5/2 mL, 36×0.2/0.5 mL, 12×5 mL conical-bottom, 18×5 mL round-bottom and 4×PCR strip tubes. Nine acceleration/deceleration levels, Pulse mode and program storage improve efficiency and repeatability.
Target Customers：
Biopharmaceutical, IVD, molecular-diagnostic, CRO/CDMO, university, hospital, third-party testing, CDC and research laboratories in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, proteomics, genetics and clinical testing. D1524R includes a -20°C to 40°C refrigeration system for temperature-sensitive proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids and viable cells. Triple-layer biosealed rotors support higher biosafety requirements.
