FGUK Fridgeguard 230V 6A iS Range

The plug and play adaptor is the black sheep of the iS family, giving protection from problems caused by low voltage. By disconnecting the power when it falls below the pre set limit, FridgeGuard provides safety to all appliances against short term and long term damage which ensures higher efficiency for your appliances. As part of the iS range, the adapter is fitted with a built-in automatic voltage switcher (AVS) which automatically disconnects power when voltage reaches a level deemed too low. This protects against the damages of frequent fluctuations of power to ensure proper and safe compressor shutdown and restart. Sollatek’s TimeSave function fitted in all products in the iS family, provides further protection by delaying the return to mains power, done so after checking for stable voltage. The iS range can also withstand a sudden loss of neutral from the mains, keeping you and your appliances fully safe.

Automatic Voltage Switcher (AVS™) function
The FridgeGuard disconnects the power to your appliance if the mains voltage drops below or above a pre-set limit. The FridgeGuard will re-connect automatically only after stable power supply has returned to acceptable limits after 3 minutes.

TimeSave™ function

The built-in TimeSave™ function ensures the FridgeGuard provides maximum operation time to your appliance when it monitors the off time. If the unit has been off for more than 3 minutes, it will reconnect the mains within 10 seconds rather than the standard 3 minutes.
